Childbirth Education

As a doula and certified birth educator, I am passionate about presenting birth in an empowering way so that you all are ready for the task that is at hand. It is extremely difficult to retain all the information that is packed into a weekend cram course. For $ 25 an hour, I will give you the information you are seeking, relaxation techniques, everything you would want to learn in a class and more in less time. I am not bound by hospital policy, so you will learn about how to have a satisfying birth instead of how to be a good patient.

I offer the following classes:

• Group birth class, meets in White Lake $150 for 6 weeks. 3 couple minimum.
• Comfort measures (1 class 2 hours $50)
• Breastfeeding basics (1 class 2 hours $50)
• Baby care (1 class 2 hours $50)
• Refresher course (usually 1, 2 hr class. Will tailor to your needs though)
