Childbirth Education

Our childbirth classes are a great way to help you to gain confidence in the natural process that birth is. We offer a Lamaze trained educator who is going to teach you strategies and techniques that will help you have a normal birth.

Classes are held at the Royal Oak office, Optimal Wellness Family Chiropractic, and are limited to 3-4 couples. Cost is $150 for a 14 hour session that will meet over a period of approximately 6 weeks. You should start classes no sooner than 20 weeks, and no later than 30 weeks.
